I got this as a Christmas gift from one of my ex-girlfriends and her dad back around 2000. Her dad grew up with a couple of the guys in Quiet Riot as kids in Orange County, CA. I don’t know where he got it from and the history behind it. There’s some threads coming out (pictured and pointed out) but I never used it. Been at my mom’s for the past 21 years.
