VINTAGE COLUMBIA BEVERAGE 28 OZ. SPARKLING SELTZER BOTTLE, 12" TALL, USED - VG

Please see the listing photos for condition.  This EMPTY seltzer bottle is previously owned and shows some wear from use and age.  There are several small, light scratches.  There are a few small chips and wear marks on some of the high points (last two photos).  There is some residue inside.  No cracks.
The button seems to depress as it should.
It is very shiny so there is some glare in the photos.
I believe the lettering is etched as it has a slight texture.
The height is 12 inches and it weighs three pounds, nine ounces.
I believe the glass color is green, but I might be wrong.  The metal parts do not stick to a magnet.  I do not know the age, but the "MONROE" Chicago telephone number might be a clue.
I could not find another one like it for sale so it could be rare.  Any information about this bottle would be appreciated.
