Tenor Guitar - Solid Spruce/Cocobolo/Ovangkol - KG-11 size 25.5" scale

Available for purchase is a homemade tenor guitar.
It was converted from a 6 string guitar to a tenor, by changing the neck.
It's got a solid sitka spruce top, solid cocobolo rosewood sides, and a solid quilted ovangkol back.
It's got a 25.5" scale length.
Rosewood fingerboard, rosewood bridge, bone nut (1-1/8"), and bone saddle.
It's got V bracing (check Taylor Guitars).
Everything is solid.
Low action (about .09), at the 12th fret.
It is currently tuned in Chicago tuning (DGBE), with 12/16/25/34 gauge strings.
Plays nicely....Sounds great!!
