It's 12mm (labeled), 163mm long (measured, verified against Paul spec), and 'fine' threading (we counted ~18 threads over ~18mm, which we believe corresponds to the 1mm 'fine' thread pitch). Please see photo of threads to verify.
Please verify that this will fit your frame! We have a matching front 15x142mm (coarse) skewer listed separately. The neat design apparently allows you to set the position of the lever in such a way that it will always line up in the same place. These appear to be out of production, so get yours here!
