It is the Primer of the Vehicle Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition to all of the great information that it has, it features this fantastic Illustrated advertisement for the Gulf Gasoline and Refining Company on the rear cover. This picture should be enough to make you want to tap your phone and bid right now! What a great image of an antique automobile speeding uphill. Incidentally, the measurements of this booklet are 6 inches long, by 3 and 1/2 inches wide. It has 64 pages inside including the back glossary.
