Defective Items:
If you received a defective item, you must return it within

days from receipt of delivery. You will need to contact our Customer Service department immediately. In the body of the message, please reference the item number, order number and explain the defect on the item. If the defect is visible we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.
If a replacement is needed, the defective part or Walker will be replaced upon validation of defect.
