Skewers were taken off a Brand New wheelset and never used. These are New old stock from 1998
Parts QF-AT101 / QR-AT101, originally produced for 1998 Athena / Veloce / Vento / Proton / Zonda 9 speed hubs and wheels
There is one black stain on the inside of the end nut surface that meets the wheel, can't be seen when installed probably from sitting on the hubs.
