MINT Appalachian Acoustic Dreadnought Guitar APG-1 with Hard Case NO RESERVE

Description

This is a rare Appalachian acoustic dreadnought guitar model APG-1 in mint condition. I will also be including a durable hard case too. This is an excellent Martin D-18 copy, and I love the
Appalachia theme.
This particular guitar is beautiful with its deep natural finish, rosewood fretboard, and mahogany body. It has no dings, no gouges, and no chips anywhere on the guitar. There's only very light scratching on the back of the guitar (Scratching is so light that the camera didn't pick it up).
It also plays just as good as it looks. I've gone in and professionally set up the action and lowered the strings so that it's easy to play (string height shown with a quarter while properly tuned), and it stays in tune all the way up the neck. The neck itself is nice and straight, and there is no string buzz on any of the frets. The mahogany body gives this guitar the iconic dreadnought sound that's full and booming, and
the frets have zero wear and play perfectly.
All of my guitars come securely packaged, and the strings will also be loosened for shipping. They all come from a clean and smoke-free home as well. I will be securing this one inside the case too.
