    Me:  "Oh, those are electronic drum pads so I can add to my acoustic kit."

    Here are 9 heavy duty Dauz electronic drum pads, complete with mounting arms.  No other clips, cables, etc. come with them.  Tested and working almost a decade ago but they've been sitting since then, untouched, hence the wife's reaction.
    Note that these are NOT their Tomcat line of pads.
    Note that these do not produces sounds by themselves; a "brain" is needed for them.
    Note the cable size required in one of the pics.  That pic also shows the only flaw that's not normal wear and tear - a crack in one of the bases.  I'm including the pictured base for you to replace it.
