You will need to buy paper/plastic cones for the cotton candy. This doesn’t come with any. It also doesn’t come with measuring spoon, but you can use any measuring spoon. It does come with manual to show how to use. We used hard jolly rancher candy and only used a couple times at my son’s bday party.
