Hello, you are viewing my auction for an Antique Excelsior Bottling Co. Seltzer Bottle from Reading PA Pennsylvania.  This Antique Seltzer bottle weighs 3.2 pounds and measures 11" tall by 3 and 3/4" wide across the bottom base.  There appears to be a stain or a break towards the top section.  I am just unsure whether it is an internal stain or an internal break.  I just do not know.  I do not feel a crack or chip when running my finger against it.  I will let the buyer decide.  There are no other breaks, chips, or repairs present.  This is some minor wear and stain present.
