The Pad Foam is a replacement foam pad for the Pintech A2E conversion kit. It creates a buffer between your drumhead and trigger, resulting in a more natural response. It consists of a medium-density base and core with a soft-density upper wrap. The Pad Foam's three-piece design not only increases sensitivity, it also provides plenty of durability for hard-hitting drummers. Installing this pad ensures that you'll experience the smallest hot spot possible, with both mesh and acoustic drumheads. A peel-and-stick adhesive is included, making installation a piece of cake.

Pintech's foam system is one of the most advanced on the market. Its innovative three-piece design includes a medium-density base, which is in direct contact with your trigger, ensuring that every vibration is channeled directly into your triggering system. The top half of the foam consists of two pieces: a soft-density upper wrap and medium-density core. This design decreases your drumhead's hot spot while increasing sensitivity.
