Condition: USED... Eagle medallion is in excellent shape but has some discoloration on back. The ribbon is curled up and slightly frayed at bottom tips and exhibits some fading and discoloration. The nameplate is slightly bent; but for all I know maybe it was like that new. The ribbon remains well-attached to name plate.
